Hannah Waddell - Printmaker

     Hannah Waddell was born, raised, and resides in Eureka, Mo.  She transferred to the University of Arkansas to finish her undergraduate degree after attending St. Louis Community College.  With the help of the Art Department Study Abroad Scholarship, Hannah traveled to Rome, Italy in the summer of 2013 where she studied Bookmaking and Italian Renaissance Art History.  In December of the same year, she graduated with a Bachelors of Studio Art: Printmaking & Painting and continues to create prints in her spare time.  She has displayed her prints within the St. Louis area and participated in art fairs near and far.  Hannah has great interest in many mediums, but is currently exploring monotypes and working with various landscape images.  More specifically, she is interested in simplifying and abstracting a complicated environment.
